Returns & Refunds
REFUNDS & RETURNS: As long as your order has not shipped, we can offer a refund. LPS Emily Shop does not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds once the product has been sent. All of our products are quality checked before being shipped! However, any issues with orders can be redirected to LPSEmilyShop@gmail.com and we will be happy to help where we can!
✧ For care instructions on products, please refer to the FAQ page or to the care card that comes in your package.
✧ Refunds on lost mail are possible! Please reach out to our support services for more help and a claim will be submitted to the postal service. This process can take 1-2 months to complete.
Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship all internationally. Products on LPS Emily Shop are only available to those ordering to the United States or Canada.
✧ Prices (& bidding) on LPS Emily Shop is in USD by default unless region is changed manually.
✧ All mail is shipped from Mississauga, Ontario and will be shipped through the following:
- Untracked letter mail (stickers)
- Tracked mail
✧ Processing: products may take a few days to ship out depending on demand
✧ Shipping costs are calculated based on location
✧ Larger orders only have options of tracked shipping to ensure it arrives at it's target location. Delivery estimates are given once the item has shipped (usually around 7-8 business days: USA).
Lost Mail?
Mail is considered lost if:
✧ Untracked mail does not arrive in 1+ month Canadian and 3+ months American
✧ Package has been delivered but is it unable to be found.
✧ Tracking info hasn’t been updated in 3+ months.
Reach out to LPSEmilyShop@gmail.com for help regarding lost mail! We are able to offer assistance with submitting claims to postal services for up to $100 CAD in refunds, or replacement items. All packages are insured.
For packages containing one-of-a-kind LPS customs, refunds are limited to a maximum of $100 upon claim approval by the postal service, as these items cannot be replicated.
Incorrect shipping address?
If you included the incorrect shipping address at checkout, please contact us for support as soon as possible. Products are shipped out within a week or less of ordering.
LPS Emily Shop Policy
By purchasing from LPS Emily Shop you understand and accept that:
✧ We are not liable for mail once it has been given to the courier and been shipped to the buyer
✧ Any additional import or custom fees applied upon delivery are the customer’s responsibility and not affiliated with LPS Emily Shop
✧ If there will be any delays in shipping at the fault of LPS Emily Shop, buyers will be notified
✧ Delays in postage or shipping once packages have been dropped off at the post office are not at the fault of LPS Emily Shop
